5 ways Foundations prepares you to become a new associate

Gain access to the Foundever network Photo and address verification

Smile. We’ll take your profile picture and verify your address. Both are needed to get you set up in Foundever and client work tools and to ship your work equipment.

Understand how you’ll get paid Timekeeping, direct deposit and payroll cycle

We ensure you get paid for every hour worked. You’ll learn when to clock in and out of work, how to set up direct deposit, where to view pay statements and when you’ll be paid.

Learn the essentials Policies, benefits and required learning

The best way to get off to a good start is to know what Foundever expects of you and what you can expect from Foundever.

Create connections and have fun Intros, faves and recognition programs

“We have fun in what we do” is one of our Foundever principles. That’s right, we bake in fun moments at every opportunity, including during Foundations. So, open up and share to your comfort level – Foundever is your safe space.
